Install your Hardware Digital TV

Before you install the cable connection of the Set Top Box, do ensure to:

Turn off the power of all devices to be connected
Read these instructions before installing the connection.


Preparation for Installation:

Do ensure to check the Set Top Box package for the following items:

One Media Console Set Top Box
One Media Console base (optional)
One audio/video cable (yellow-video; white-left channel; red-right channel)
One Ethernet cable
One power adaptor
One IR remote control
Two AAA Batteries


If any of the items are missing, please contact your service provider.

To know how to connect the Media Console with the cables follow Table 4 .

Note: Connect the Audio/Video cables to the corresponding connector colors.

In Case of a Composite Video (CVBS) + Analog Audio + Uplink Network

For a legacy television viewing, you can use a "Composite Video (CVBS)

+ Analog Audio + Uplink Network" connection option, which is shown in Figure 6.

In Case of a YPbPr + Analog Audio + Uplink Network on your TV

For a television with YPbPr terminal, you have an option of using a " YPbPr +Analog Audio + Uplink Network" connection option, as shown in Figure 7.

In case your TV has a S-Video + Analog Audio + Uplink Network

For a television with S-Video terminal, you can use a "S-Video + Analog Audio + Uplink Network" connection option, as shown in Figure 8.

Power Connection

Plug one end of the power adapter into the DC12V interface of MC1088L, and the other end into a power outlet.

To safely disconnect the media console, unplug the power adapter from the power outlet first.
