It allows you to talk simultaneously to two persons at the same time

With this you can call two different telephone numbers, at the same time. And if you are already answering an incoming call, you can dial another person to join in. Press FLASH, and dial the desired number on hearing the dial tone. Once connected, again press FLASH followed by 3 to start a three-way conversation.
To toggle between two calls – press Flash followed by 2
To Disconnect First Party – press Flash followed by 0
To Disconnect Second Party – press Flash followed by 1

The service is available for Rs. 20 per month (only in MP). Normal usage charges at Rs. 1.2/pulse apply on calls dialed by you

Have your calls forwarded to where you are:
	Call forwarding- No reply : calls to your telephone will be forwarded to another phone or mobile number, after ringing for 25 seconds.
	Call forwarding- Unconditional: all your incoming calls automatically and immediately to another telephone or mobile number.
	Call forwarding- Busy: incoming calls are diverted to another telephone or mobile number when your line is busy.
This service is free of monthly charges. Normal usage charges at Rs. 1.2/pulse apply on forwarded calls

Now you never miss a call, even while you are talking on your phone. It alerts you about the incoming call.

	To Activate Call Waiting on your Airtel Fixed Line – Dial 118.
	How To Use- Press FLASH followed by 2, and take the second incoming call keeping the first one on hold. FLASH + 2 will bring you back to the first call. Flash + 2 functions like a toggle key. FLASH +1 will connect to the waiting caller and disconnect the active call. FLASH + 0 will keep you connected to the active call and disconnect the waiting call.
	To Deactivate Call Waiting on you Airtel Fixed Line – Dial 119

With Parallel Ringing you’ll never miss a call even when you’re away from your fixed-line.

Protect your privacy, just share your fixed-line number while receive calls on two phone numbers including your mobile.

You get incoming calls ringing simultaneously on your fixed-line and another phone numbers. Ring stops on the other line as soon as you pick any one phone.

There are no monthly charges for Parallel Ringing. Normal usage charges at Rs. 1.2/pulse apply for calls received on a second phone i.e. Airtel fixed line to another local fixed line: 180-sec per pulse and Airtel fixed line to another local mobile 60-sec per pulse
